PRIVACY POLICY (RULES)

I CONCEPTS

1.1. The online store LOTREGA.LT is administered by Lotrega, UAB company code 304119706; S. Raštikio g. 29, 50117 Kaunas pagalba@lotrega.lt +370 64052200.

1.2. LOTREGA.LT users are divided into 3 (three) groups, User - any natural or legal person who has created an account and registered on the LOTREGA.LT website, Guest - all visitors who have placed an order without having an account (as guests), Visitor - all visitors without a customer account or customers who are not logged in. All these groups are collectively referred to in this Privacy Policy as BUYERS.

1.3. Services – all services offered by LOTREGA.LT, including but not limited to the sale of goods or their delivery to BUYERS, warranty service, or other services that may be added, changed or updated.

1.4. Account – LOTREGA.LT account on any of the social networks (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)

1.5. Partners – legal or natural persons with whom LOTREGA.LT cooperates in providing or purchasing Services.

1.6. Cookie – a file transferred to the device used by the end user when browsing LOTREGA.LT

1.7. Personal data – any information related to a natural person whose identity is known or can be determined using different information collected together.

1.8. Data controller – a legal or natural person to whom personal data is provided.

1.9. Privacy Policy – these are the rules (hereinafter referred to as the RULES) that set out the basic rules for the collection, storage, processing and storage of personal data and other information on LOTREGA.LT.

2.5. LOTREGA Privacy Policy sets out the basic rules for the collection, storage and processing of personal data and other sensitive information of the BUYER when the BUYER uses LOTREGA.LT.

2.6. LOTREGA BUYERS are deemed to have become familiar with these RULES by registering with LOTREGA or ordering the Services. You can familiarise yourself with these RULES at any time. It is considered that BUYERS will become familiar with and approve all future changes and/or additions to the RULES by ordering and receiving services from LOTREGA.LT or by registering again.

2.7. These RULES apply to all cases where personal data is provided to LOTREGA.LT due to the BUYER ordering or acquiring the Services.

2.8. When ordering Services provided by LOTREGA.LT Partners, the protection of their personal data may also be subject to the Partners' personal data privacy rules, for which LOTREGA.LT assumes no responsibility.

2.9. LOTREGA.LT contains or may contain links to other websites, where LOTREGA.LT is not responsible for the content of such websites, the application of privacy policies, therefore, before providing any information about themselves, the BUYER should familiarize himself with the RULES of the relevant website.

III DATA CONTROLLER

3.1. The online store LOTREGA.LT is administered by Lotrega, UAB company code 304119706; S. Raštikio g. 29, 50117 Kaunas pagalba@lotrega.lt +370 64052200.

3.2. Partners – legal or natural persons with whom LOTREGA.LT cooperates in providing or purchasing Services in order to fulfill the Service Agreement concluded with the BUYER. (Parcel delivery services, warranty service centers, etc.).

IV SUPERVISORY AUTHORITIES

4.1. Information Society Development Committee under the Ministry of Transport and Communications and the State Data Protection Inspectorate. Data about the data controller are collected and stored at the Kaunas branch of the State Enterprise Register Centre.

4.2. It is very important that you read these RULES carefully, because each time you visit the websites or social network accounts belonging to the Data Controller, you agree to the terms described in these RULES. If you do not agree or partially disagree with these terms, please do not visit our websites and social network accounts, do not use our content and/or services.

4.3. We confirm that the data of visitors to the Data Controller’s websites and social network accounts will be collected in accordance with the requirements of the applicable legal acts of the European Union and the Republic of Lithuania and the instructions of the controlling authorities. All reasonable technical and administrative measures are applied to protect the data we collect about visitors to the websites and social network accounts from loss, unauthorized use and changes. The Data Controller’s employees are committed in writing not to disclose or distribute information obtained in the workplace, including information about website visitors, to third parties.

4.4. Persons under the age of 14 may not provide any personal data for marketing activities through our website(s) and social media accounts. If you are a person under the age of 14, you must obtain the consent of your parents or other legal guardians before providing personal information for marketing purposes.

4.5. The terms used in the RULES shall be understood as they are defined in the General Data Protection Regulation No. 2016/679 (EU).

VI PERSONAL DATA AND THEIR PROCESSING

6.1. LOTREGA websites and social media accounts provide the BUYER with the opportunity to provide personal data. Only after providing some personal data and agreeing to the Privacy Policy and Purchase Rules is it permitted to use our services.

6.2. LOTREGA processes personal data:

6.2.1 For the implementation of e-commerce;

Purpose of processing	Conducting e-commerce, including but not limited to fulfilling orders placed, issuing financial documents, delivering goods or making them available for collection, and executing decisions and other contractual obligations.

All communication taking place on social networks with LOTREGA also remains on that network. Therefore, we recommend that you familiarize yourself with the privacy settings of a specific social network.

Data subjects	Persons wishing to receive direct marketing messages from LOTREGA, as well as persons who have ordered goods from LOTREGA and provided their contact details for this purpose.
Basis of processing	Consent, GDPR Article 6. Lawfulness of processing when you consent to subscribe to marketing communications and newsletters, or order goods and provide LOTREGA with your personal contact data for this purpose.
Data retention period	2 (two) years or until you withdraw your consent.

6.3. The BUYER may at any time withdraw his consent to the use of his data by sending an e-mail to the LOTREGA administrator at pagalba@lotrega.lt

VII PROVISION OF PERSONAL DATA

7.1. LOTREGA does not transfer or otherwise disclose personal data to third parties, except in the cases specified below:

7.1.1. if the BUYER's consent to transfer his personal data to third parties has been received;

7.1.2. when providing the Services offered by LOTREGA, as well as to Partners or authorized third parties who deliver shipments, who process personal data on behalf of LOTREGA for the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy, for example, making payments, ordering delivery services, etc.;

7.1.3. to law enforcement authorities in accordance with the procedure established by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania;

VIII CORRECTION, SUPPLEMENTATION AND DELETION OF PERSONAL DATA

8.1. By agreeing to use the LOTREGA website, the BUYER simultaneously obliges to collect, manage, process and store the personal data provided by the BUYER for the purposes provided in this Privacy Policy and other LOTREGA RULES. The BUYER has the right to withdraw his permission to LOTREGA.LT to collect, manage and process personal data at any time. Also, to demand that his profile be deleted. The granting or withdrawal of consent to process personal data is valid only in the future. Upon receiving such a request from the BUYER, LOTREGA.LT suspends the processing of the data of the person who submitted the request. However, such a request does not oblige to delete or otherwise destroy the data of a specific person, if there is a need to store them.

8.2. The BUYER has the right to familiarize himself with the data provided by him. Having the right to familiarize themselves with what data they have provided to LOTREGA.LT, in what ways and for what purposes they are administered, to whom they are provided or have been provided, the BUYER must contact LOTREGA.LT in advance

8.3. If the BUYER, after familiarizing himself with his data, sees that some of the data is incorrect or inaccurate, he has the obligation and the right to apply for the elimination of inaccuracies in the provided data. The data is changed only after confirming the identity of the person applying.

8.4. By using the website, the BUYER agrees that LOTREGA.LT has the right to store his data until the investigation by the relevant authorities is completed, if the BUYER's data was used in the implementation of a criminal act or in the event of another violation for which an investigation is being conducted.

8.5. By using the website, the BUYER agrees that if LOTREGA.LT has received complaints regarding a specific BUYER, or if violations of these RULES (Privacy Policy) or other RULES of LOTREGA.LT by the relevant BUYER have been observed, or if there are other legitimate requirements, the BUYER's data will be stored until the situation is examined or a decision is made by the relevant institutions.

IX THIRD-PARTY SITES, SERVICES AND PRODUCTS ON OUR SITES

9.1. The Data Controller's website(s) or social media accounts may contain third-party banners, links to their websites and services, which the Data Controller does not control. The Data Controller is not responsible for the security and privacy of information collected by third parties. You should be careful and read the privacy policies applicable to third-party websites and services that you use.

X DATA PROTECTION MEASURES

10.1. LOTREGA.LT shall use its best efforts to ensure that the private data provided by the BUYER to LOTREGA.LT is protected from any possible illegal actions, such as data modification, disclosure, destruction of the provided data, use of the data for other purposes, etc. It shall also ensure that data protection meets the requirements of the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

10.2. The BUYER must protect his/her login details and undertakes not to disclose these data or other confidential data to any third parties in any way.

XI FINAL PROVISIONS

11.1. These Privacy RULES are reviewed regularly. After updating these RULES, we will inform you of significant changes by posting them on LOTREGA.LT and/or social media accounts. If you log in or use our content or services after changes or additions to the RULES and the publication of the notice, we will consider that you agree to the changes in the Privacy Policy or other rules published on LOTREGA.LT.

11.2. The latest version of the Privacy RULES is always available on the LOTREGA.LT website.

This privacy policy is valid from 2025. October. 15.
